Is there any way to play Guitar Hero with one hand?

I know dumb queation but I LOVE Rock music and just because I am disabled doesn't mean I don't wanna Rock out too. So is there anything i can do like lay it on the floor or get a modifed version or something?

Are you disable left or right side? I'd try strumming with your foot. You definitely need your hand for the frets. Like the guy said above, try having somone else strum for you, but that could get pretty frustrating if their timing isn't right.
