In Psychonauts Raz can see what he looks like to the other characters in second person. It was very funny, especially the way the "Milk Man" viewed him.

Well second person perspective implies that the character is you. You would have to play the game as yourself, as in the character is supposed to be the real you.

Second person camera perspective basically means that instead of the point of perspective being the player character, it is the perspective of a Non-Player character in the environment.
An example of this is, say, when you sightjack into the eyes of your enemies in Siren. That would be an example of the perspective being in the second person, only that you can't actually move your character while in this mode.
