GTA4 and LBP continue to do alright for themselves, it will be interesting to see what the hardware numbers are for the week later tonight.  I can't remember how big the bump is, but Japanese hardware sales usually shoot up during the holiday season.  SteelAttack will be happy to see that Wagamama is still doing well.:P

I don't know, that is a pretty typical drop from one week to the next in Japan.  DS games in general and Nintendo's "Wii ____" series of games are the exception to the rule, as they usually hang around in the top ten for weeks.  I'm actually pretty happy with how GTA4 and LBP are doing.  The deck is stacked against western games in Japan, especially PS3 and 360 ones.

Even though most here will not mention it for some reason, but for a title intended for female gamers, Wagamama Fashion Girl's Mode is selling well. It was quite a surprise to see this title at the top of the Japanese software sales chart a few weeks back, and it is still in the top 10. Very nice to see Mario Kart Wii still in the top 30 even though it has been in the Japanese market since early April---seven months!

Yeah LBP is chugging along. Still much less than I would of expected though.
