Sega Nomad! 30 bucks for the Nomad and adapter, I already own many games. Thing looks almost new and works great, just wish it had the stupid battery pack...YAR!!! Wanted one since I they came out! Just had to share..

if you have the sega genesis 2 you can use its power plug on the nomad

I used to think the Nomad was the successor to the Game Gear and wanted one so bad, heh.

Yeah I used the Genesis cord to test it out. I guess I just picked it up to collect I didn't have one! Something for my son to check out in ten years.

Good for you. I also use a power cord for my Game Gear. Should do fine.

I am a big fan of the SEGA Nomad. This dude on the Neo-Geo forums mods Nomads to have brighter, faster refreshing screens and rechargeable Lithium battery. I am apprehensive. Both mods sound awesome, but I also have a sentimental attachment to unaltered hardware.

funny enough the Nomad was never released here in Europe (though apparently Sega did make a number of PAL prototypes), which is ironic considering how well the MD did around here.
