I don't play online so I don't care; I'm all for children playing games because it keeps gaming alive as a medium and keeps it going for another generation of gamers.
No. Some of them are annoying and immature, but then again, so are some gamers who are far older than me (which is sad). But overall, no I have no problem with kid gamers. I was one once.

No problem with them. And yes I mute everyone 'cept my friends. As a matter of fact, I have been more annoyed by adult gamers than kids on rare occasions that I don't mute.
i actually dont get annoyed with kid gamers because they are kids....any adult who gets into it with kids online need to re evaluate their maturity. kids that talk crap make me laugh. i'd rather my k/d do the talking and let these kids be kids. no need to get down to their level
I don't mind them on mmorpgs for example since I don't necessarily have to hear them because I generally use a k/m when talking to strangers. On consoles though they piss the hell out specially since they seem way less mature than the kids that play on PC.

Depends. If, by gamer, you mean "obnoxious little eight year old screaming through mics", then yes, they annoy the hell out of me. Â However, a young kid who is actually into the hobby, exploring new types of games or just getting their feet wet, I have no problem with. Most of us were kid gamers at one point in our lives.

Children happen to generally be far more annoying than other people. No one is saying that only children have the capacity to be annoying.
I don't run into them because I gave up most online gaming a while back. Â I play single player like Dark Arisen. Â Don't know what kids are into, but get off my lawn.

If they have worked all day or paid for their own gaming devices then they can possibly play their 'Lttle Big Planet' for an hour or two, BUT if not; then it's just unfortunate that they wont be able to until they've earned their playtime!

Kids tend to be close minded about what they like... I know that I really didn't even start "branching out" into areas outside my gaming comfort zone until a few years ago... It's just the nature of kids. Â I know I used to be like that, and I'm sure anyone who liked games when they were oung was also like that. Â For better or worse, that's jsut how kids are.
Most of them not, even if they try it. When I play games online, or when I'm just in a party and I've people from my own country (The Netherlands) they also shout with the word cancer (it's the most used swearing in Holland). I just ignore them and give them a political correct answer back. English/American people always say things about mothers and families. So I just laugh about them and tell them I'm there father. Then it's a few second quite and then some of them are gonna ask their mother :P For me the younger generation, bellow 15/16 years old, has less respect then my generation had back in the days (at the same age).

yea i know that a lot of kids liked the stupidest things, but thats part of being a kid. above poster right here is blaming kids for being kids....geez cut them some slack even if they are being jerk offs that will grow up to be douchebags....

It depends on more than one factor, e.g. if the parents allow it or not and something like the first GTA was more a comical reference than real gangster violence.
Now imagine you have kids and they smash zombie heads Dead Island style, cutting away bodyparts etc....or.....
