Not at all, I simply only accept my fighting games well-made. Anyone who actually knows me here can tell you that I'm the furthest thing from a fan of anything. I just have no use for fighting games that can't sustain high level play.I smell fanboysm

Hm. Glitchfest vs Broken Concept. I think I'll just keep playing Street Fighter.DarkCatalyst
I knew you would be in here man. These guys are just throwing you softballs man.
But yeah, my love for Mortal Kombat isn't from high-level play, but then again, the only Mortal Kombat I played a whole bunch of is Ultimate 3, which is the one you don't hate.
But Killer Instinct is gawbage, I agree!

yea i feel the same, and deception was the last decent mortal kombat game IMO but they have all been far from well made fighting games, and i just never cared for Killer instinct what so ever.
I used to love MK3 when I was a kid, as well as Killer Instinct. But then, that was before I was really "in the scene," so I had no grasp of how broken KI really was.
That being said, if there was some parallel dimension in which Mortal Kombat and Killer instinct could coalesce into a really solid game, I'd be all for it. Between the fact that MK has long since abandoned gameplay in favor of gore, and KI, as DarkCatalyst put it, is just a broken system, I'm certainly not holding my breath.
I think a lot of people here have the right idea on this: let's see a competent KI first, and then we'll talk about entering it into a Vs. scenario.
