Obsidian are still considering it

God I hope not. At least not kotor as in more Old Republic (the setting wasn't that good to begin with) and definitely not frickin Obsidian. Can't Bioware do it in-house..? And set it after RotJ?
kotor3. lol, kotor 1 is true nostalgia. i can't play the game due to its stupidity. give me kotor2 all day, everyday.
im ashamed to admit ive never played kotor or kotor2
2's one of the best RPG's made imo.
I'd be more excited if Bioware were interested in making it.
i was waiting until someone mention this, i so want Bioware to get another crack at it
If Bioware worked on a Jade Empire 2 while Obsidian worked on Kotor 3 and Sega works on Shenmue 3...the internet would explode
Im pretty sure that they want to do one and will.
But there are probably licensing things in the way that prevent them from doing one.
Edit: EA has the publishing rights to Star Wars games, so Obsidian will have to go through them.

don't forget Half Life 3

Don't care for Half Life 3

Me neither, but the internet would explode anyway

Probably only the die hard Valve fanboys, pretty much everyone else has ether moved on or don't care if that game is ever released.
@foxhound_fox: But it's not, they barely have any story from the previous games in it. Revan has one instance where he's in and there are a few quests that are related to him. That's it

Revan was barely in KotOR II as well. That was Meetra Surik's game.
KotOR was about the era, not about Revan. Who personally, I don't like all that much. Considering he doesn't have a spoken role and his character is fairly simple.

I saw a lot of upset because of his tiny role in it for SWTOR on the forums for the game though

Me not thinking he's as great as others make him out to be isn't denying his popularity.

He is the sephiroth of star wars. I think the book must have really driven his popularity, because there's nothing really in the game to account for it. His armor used to sell for a ridiculous amount in ToR.

Malak was not mentioned a lot in SWTOR except for Taris perhaps
I'm sad that you posted this.
I wanted this game so bad for about, what, 9 years? Co-developed by Bioware and Obsidian. The Exile and Revan back to back badasses with a rag tag crew of misfits, from the first two games.
I would kickstart the absolute shit out of that idea.
But they ruined it. :(
