I see all these people make all these studies trying to figure it out. Paper Mario was relaeased on the 5TH, not the 4TH. So its not Paper Mario 64's release date.

Its just some kind of thing that some nerd will find out some day, just leave it alone. >_>

I think I'm missing something huge. I would google it for myself, but I don't know what to even look up. Could you give me a little insight onto this?

I have no idea what this topic is about... Was the title in English or just random letters and numbers?

I think the TC is referring to the rumour that in Mario 64, if you go out into the courtyard (where the boos are) and read the message on the plaque on the statue of the star in the fountain, it reads "Luigi is really real 2401"

I aint to sure though

Supposedly,it hinted that Luigi is in the game, and that the number displayed there (which is either "2041" or "2401") is the exact count of how many coins there are in the game.Either that,or it's just a blurry attempt at writing "Eternal Star." The texture also appears in Ocarina of Time,so the mystery continues.:o

L is Real? Do people still care about this? It's been a long time since Super Mario 64 and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Did I miss some sort of revival?

Then you might want to head to a forum dedicated to the items of which you speak, as discussion of them is not permitted here.

And my opinion on the matter? I think a lot of people are very creative if they can interpret anything from that low-res texture.

The reason i came to this discussion forum is because of not the emulators, this can also be seen in the actual Super Mario 64 game for the N64. Im new to gamespot forums, so isnt this the right place for old systems? O_O

This is the place to talk about old systems, but none of us really care about "L is Real" any more. We're over it. Is there anything new to discuss?

Now that I look at it, the panel looks like its written in Japanese. Did anybody ever think of that?
