Leak Confirmed; GTA V Debut Spring 2013, New Artwork

The GTA V leak earlier this week has today been confirmed by UK retailer GAME. In a Tweet from its Brighton branch, the retailer posted the below image urging people to pre-order now, revealing as-yet-unseen imagery from the forthcoming Rockstar title.

I'll take the first art for my box.[spoiler] ;) [/spoiler] Thankfully I have plenty of other games to tide me over until it drops. I can't wait to turn on the talk radio and just drive.

I'm calling a May 21st release date right now.

I always was confident it'd be released around April/May 2013, good to have it finally confirmed though.

I hope they address a few issues I had with GTA IV, namely the handling of the car mechanics and I hope they loosen up the story a bit. Also, having side distractions, such as taking out your cousin or your girlfriend, was BORING. I hope it's a lot more mayhem and chaos to be found in GTA V then stupid, pointless minigames that do nothing for you overall. I'll wait on more information about the game before I decide to pick it up on release day or not.

Metamania

I'm with you on the mayhem front, but the cars, not so much. I loved the way they handled. To each their own. The story should shape up lighter than did IV. The story in IV felt dreary, when I think of CA, that's the farthest thing on my mind. Will not be a day one for me, but will buy soon thereafter.

The wait is driving me insane, it looks like it is going to be more like San Andreas, hopefully we will finally get a pure fun game that gets the reviews is deserves this generation.
