Ha! I was afraid to say that was my least favorite also, I'm not really all that crazy about the new Resident Evils. They are too...I don't know....what's the word I'm looking for here....different?TBH Resident Evil 5, really the story mode was never fun.

I thought that Resident Evil Dead Aim was just a quick cash-in attempt and I really didn't like it. As others on here have stated, the Outbreak games had great ideas but very poor execution.I also found Umbrella Chronicles to be very disappointing, with its shoddy controls and annoying gameplay perks.
Ah! Yes, Umbrella Chronicles, the idea looked better on paper and it was a huge let down once I got to play the game finally. I found it to be boring and quite repetitive. I wish it played more like a House of the Dead game, maybe then I would have liked it alot more. I agree about the Outbreak series being an interesting idea, but it was pulled off horribly. Nevertheless, I hear that Resident Evil 5's netplay blows Outbreak's out of the water.I thought that Resident Evil Dead Aim was just a quick cash-in attempt and I really didn't like it. Really? You must of have not played to many games this gen LOL. RE5 wasn't a bad game at all. It wasn't a good Resident Evil title (just like RE4) and it sure as heck wasn't a survival horror title.Resident Evil 5 was just terrible, it was the most monotonous gaming experience I've had this generation.

to be honest, id have to say, resident evil 4 and by proxy 5.
I feel the new resident evil 'look' has ruined the series. When i played 4 i never got the feel of terror and fear of coming up against the simplist of foes. This is because the game is an action game and no longer a survival horror game, where ammo is somewhat rare, and there isnt a billion weapons to pick up. the game(s) 4 and 5 may have great stories, and solid gameplay mechanics but to me, they just dont have the resident evil feel i got from the first 3 and CV
I think if the games didnt carry the resident evil name i would like them.

I've played plenty LOL... and when i play a resident evil game i expect a survival horror, don't you ? i think it was a terrible game, but that's my opinion.
I have played only 3 of them.
The worst one was of PC, very difficult controls, bad graphics(acceptable because of the era the game was developed in), Code Veronica X on PS2 was difficult with controls as well. RE4 was a phenomenon.
RE4. It was a fun game, but it basically removes everything I love about the old games and its the only one I can't bring myself to play again. Never played RE5 after RE4 and don't intend to buy any more RE games unless Capcom releases a classic game or hybrid.
Resident Evil 4 was THE BEST RE game ever made IMOOutbreak was the worst and 4 was the best IMO.

I have only played RE4 but it is sitting right now as the worst game I have ever played.

5 was a let down... after all the hype... it was nothing special. Code Veronica my favorite
Outbreak would be my least favorite, though I kinda liked it. Relying on those comp controlled guys really sucked. (Never took it online)Second_Rook
It's more fun if you unlock Solo mode. And if you give your team weapons and stuff sometimes you can get them to survive, shoot enemies for you, and other stuff but yeah the AI is pretty much crap. I find the second one to be really enjoyable though. They're very difficult games, but ...

Seemed like if I gave them weapons they wouldn't use them all that much. Shame I never unlocked that mode, and now the game has moved on to a used game store. Whenever I think of that game I hear that old black guy say, "Find anything useful?", over and over again.[QUOTE="hakanakumono"][QUOTE="Second_Rook"]Outbreak would be my least favorite, though I kinda liked it. Oh and the AI don't run around talking to themselves int he second one unless they're hurting and need help.
