looking for certain ps1 games

Something psx freeroam or half-freeroam or whatever, I just want to be able to play after I beat the game, or go around and do something.

there must be something at least half freeroam, being able to do various stuff before we finish the game or being limited to a certain map even though the game has more or something like that

Free roam on PS1? Try one of the Final Fantasies, there weren't many games as big as those on PS1.
