I don't have PSP or DS but here goes.

-Starcraft Battle Chest (PC)
-Orange Box (PC)
-Final Fantasy VI (there's a PSX disc with this game on it, can be played in PS2)
-Knights of the Old Republic (PC)
-Super Mario Galaxy (Wii)
-Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (can either get it in GameCube form for Wii or from Virtual Console)
-Resident Evil 4 (Really not sure which is the best version out of GC, PS2 or Wii, but pick one)
-Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (this is one I'm kind of not sure about. It was easily my fave game on PS2 and one of my all-time top 5, but it has not aged gracefully and feels very out-of-date next to GTAIV)

I can't narrow it down to two out of the rest of my possibilities so I'll stop there.

For PC, might also want to check out System Shock 2, Deus Ex, Planescape: Torment, Baldur's Gate II, Grim Fandango, Fallout 1&2. Those are all games that I've only played portions of, not enough to give a recommendation for sure, but are very popular among PC players.

If you're into multiplayer then Call of Duty 4 for PC, but if you're not, then it's not going to last you very long.
