MGS 5 ground zeros

I'm looking at making this my next ps4 purchase , but before i do just wanted people's thoughts of the game, I also haven't played any of the MGS series, so want to know if that would be a problem to ?

The plot to MGS is really convoluted and complicated, and trying to simply read plot summaries to catch up is extremely arduous and difficult. I'd say pick up the Metal Gear Legacy Collection (or whatever its called) on PS3 that has all the main series games.

Honestly, I'd say play Ground Zeroes. The story is pretty straight forward. Gameplay is definitely the focus. But if you like what you see and are interested to learn more, check out the Legacy Collection as mentioned above.
