maybe he could play old snake or big boss

viggo mortenson would dominate the role. he's an accomplished actor who still has credibility in an action scene (check out a history of violence if you want to see what cqc should look like). he is also great at learning various accents. this would come in handy when trying to nail hayter's voice.

that said, im still not disappointed with christian bale's likely place in the role.

lol @ Tom Cruise, i actually really like the guy but he should never try snake- besides hes too short and has to much of an ego.

christian bale is great, and since the same guy who directed him in equilibrium is directing the new mgs movie, it wouldnt surprise me if he stared

harrison ford is a good old snake, but hes too expensive.

ryan renolds could work i never thought of it. he was great in crap, that movie where he was a fbi agent with a million characters trying to assasinate somebody whats it called??!??!?! ugh!

yeah that guy would be a pretty good snake.

Viggo would be a good choice as well. He's a really good action movie actor.

Eric Bana would be perfect as younger snake, he's a talanted but underrated actor which also kinda looks like Snake. Hugh Jackman could also work. But my vote is for Bana because I think he's perfect for the role in almost every way.
