Missing chapter of The Phantom Pain ?

If you have finished "The Phantom Pain" you will probably feel that the plot was incomplete that is because there was suppose to be a third chapter.I am posting this cause i don't see a lot of people talking about this.

Yes I have being hearing about this konami got tired of waiting so they cut the last chapter because they wanted to release the game so if the ending feels weird that is the reason, now give big respect to take two they are the only publisher who does not rush their developers they give rockstar all the time to finish their games so we always get good stuff from rockstar.
