More GTA V details. Possibly set in real world LA

What do you think? I think it would be great if GTA was finally set in a real world city. Looking forward to more updates about this.

PS: R* won't be at this year's E3 right?

I wish they would place it in for example London,or Manchester even Grimsby(maybe not!) or somewhere instead of the US,every game is there.

I'd like to see Tokyo be the main choice for a GTA V. It would be something different than the norm.

There's nothing in the article you've linked to that indicates GTA V will be set in REAL WORLD l.a. other than the author being convinced so. The rest is months old rumours, some of which are no longer relevant, such as Patcher's speculation on the release window based on the Houser's contracts running out - their contracts have already been renewed:http://www.buzzfocus.com/2011/05/25/rockstar-games-contract-renewed-following-la-noire-success/

Anyway, if the next GTA is indeed set in (and focused entirely on) L.A., without the massive countryside and two other cities on the map stealing its thunder like in GTA:SA, and whether it's a real world block-by-block recreation of the city (or a more compressed fictional one), it sounds like it will be every bit as awesome as GTA IV. I can hardly wait! :)

You know what I want in the next GTA? A zoo. They never had a zoo in the city where u could run around and enjoy the animals. Maybe hop in and hijack a zebra and run it around! Where's the zoo's Rockstar?!?!!?

ya your right the next gta may not be gta v at all it may be gta wii u lol a game exclusively for wii u i cant see it not happening ,

cause people still play gta iv to much on the other platforms and even if its not a wii exclusive i think it will have a subtitle

Only not in USA, please. I would like to see some Europe cities(Paris, London,Rome, Madrid).
