Mine are: Halo Reach - Never liked the Halo series I despised Halo 3 but I'm addictited to this game. Easily the best FPS since COD4 in my opinion. Darksiders - I thought this game looked fun something that I'd consider about a 7.5 but I easily got at least a 9.5. A cool heaven and hell story, great comic book art style, excellent combat, enjoyable puzzles and dungens added up to one of the best games of this generation in my opinion. Castlevania Lords of Shadow - Exactly the same same as Darksiders. Thought I would get a good 7.5 game easily atleast a 9.5. Fantastic game. Those are my choices. What are yours?

For me it was the first game I played and beat in 2010---Darksiders. Can't wait for 2 so we can play as more than just War.

Agreed i thought Darksiders was great. Had replay value if you didnt find all the treasures first time through. Like the armor pieces, etc... Are they making a sequel? i havent checked personally lol

They announced a second game right after the original release but sadly I haven't heard much of anything since then.

Agreed with all, Darksiders was awesome.

Lords of Shadow was great too.

Other than that, let's see... I think Red Steel 2 for the Wii was fantastic, and nobody gave it a chance since the first one was so terrible.

9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors

I have to say I didn't know much about the game when I gave it a try. I'm really glad I did though because it's turned into one of my favorite DS games of all-time and was one of my favorites overall from last year.

If indeed you get to play as another Horseman, I'm curious as to which one/ what weapon you'll be using. Because in the opening cinematic where it shows the shadows of the 4 Horsemen, each of them is using a weapon from the game.

War, of course has Souleater.

Death has the Scythe.

It appears that Famine is using the pistol.

And Pestilence seems to be using a whip, which would be the only reasonable main weapon for the new char to prevent repitition.

I hadn't played that many games in 2010. However, I do have a pick.

I watched videos beforehand so I pretty much knew it was gonna be special, but Kirby's Epic Yarn is probably my favorite Kirby game ever now (Superstar being a close second).

It had really nice, detailed graphics, excellent controls, addicting music and a charming appeal throughout. Yes, it was easy but that didn't take away how much fun I had playing and beating the main game!

I'm proud to say I own this game and would rate it at a solid 9/10.

for me it was Bayonetta, Split/Second, Metro 2033, and Vanquished, mainly because I had no interest in these games before release, for both Bayonetta and Split/Second I really had no awareness of the games existence until I tried the demos, then I bought the games and was blown away, I didn't like the demo to Vanquished but I picked it up anyways given that I loved Bayonetta and had faith in Platinum Games, and I was rewarded with an awesome game, Metro 2033 was just surprisingly good because I figured I'd either love it or hate it, but there were no reviews upon release but I went out on a limb and was surprised how much I liked it, picked it up the same day as God of War 3 and didn't touch God of War 3 for like 2 weeks because I was so hooked on Metro 2033 even with FFXIII I was surprised I enjoyed it, mainly because I thought I wouldn't like it, probably why I ended up linking it while everyone else thinking it'd be the greatest game ever hated it

I was surprised a bit by Vanquish. I know it got good reviews, but I just didn't have much faith in it since it was a shooter from Sega. However I found myself really enjoying it. The story was a little meh and the voice acting was cliche', but the action was great and overall alot of fun. Also all this talk about Darksiders has got me interested.

I would go with Sonic Colours. Most Sonic games for a while before this were little over Mediocre at best, and the dialougue was really annoying. This game is actually very fun to play, and the dialougue is actually really good, for this style of game.

The game in my sig. One of the best stories in a game, ever. They made a game out of a math formula and made it entertaining...who does that?

2010, hmm...I really like the theme of Black Ops except it randomly stops responding on me some times, but other then that I love it. I was without a laptop most of the year though so I didnt play all that much. All the mmorpgs released this year were fail all over the place with All Points Bulletin, star trek online and others I wont bother with, oh final fantasy 14.
