Need help remembering the name of a game in a trailer

Recently i saw a trailer for a game that really interested me, unfortunately i forgot the name of the game.

All i remember about the trailer is that a team leader was being interogated for questionable actions he and his team had done, it was really funny and had a cartoony feel to it.

I would really appreciate a name but if you can find the link to the trailer that would be great.
