Need help with ideas

Hey guys. I use this site quite a lot and at the moment I'm working on a game that I hope to be made. I'm not some deluded naeive fool. I have great ideas and would like if you could help me. I wasn't sure where the best place would be to ask but I'm sure its not too off topic on this forum.

Right, so I would like if you guys could tell me if you could use any weapon in a shoot em up what would it be. You could totally make it up. Also your dream match type. This could be for a shoot em up or beat em up. You can take an existing idea and add bits to make it better or it could be totally orginal. Just tell me what you would absolutely LOVE to do in a Shooter/beat em up coz thats what type of game it is. Mostly anything can be possible now.

I think tasers (like in Syphon Filter) are cool.

Also how about a gun that can shoot a net? It would be pretty cool although maybe pointless in a lot of cases but I can seeing it be brought into play for some capturing missions.
