Need some help.

Alright i just bought Fallout 3 preowned from gamestop on Jan 16th. And i played it today and everything was going smoothly until i tried to leave the vault and everytime i do my 360 freezes up. And so far i tried to do it 4-5 times. With different account for like 3 of the tries.

So i was wondering if i can take this back and tell them it isn't working correctly and get another copy.. or will they say too bad and not give me a refund or something?

Since your copy is preowned, you should be able to exchange it for another copy without a problem. See if that works out first. If it doesn't work out at all, then you may as well just trade it in and either get your store credit back or get another game that has the same value.

Most places have at least a 2 week period of time that you can return it for another copy. After that, it's sol. Unless you purchased a one year warranty.

Since it's only been a couple of days, you should be good to get another copy.
