Hello, I am wondering where the best spot to sell a NES Action set in box and 35 games that are in the box with the instructions would be? Is ebay a good place, and does anyone have a general price on it? Thank you :)

Yes eBay is your best bet. As for pricing point, that depends on a lot of factors. What condition everything is in, what games are in the lot, etc

Usually people will mention ebay, though to get the best price, you will want to take a lot of pictures and make sure any kind of scuffs or marks, or things like that are noted. Same for the system, games and everything else. You could also check out estarland, who deals in buying games from people, and you can choose store credit or cash - http://www.estarland.com/NintendoNES.html As more a collector, I usually buy rather than sell, though so I can't say too much on what it all might be worth. Sometimes you can get more for things if you separate them, versus having a big 'lot'.

If everything works I'd give you $10 for it all.

I'd go with ebay, unless someone local wants to buy the lot from you and avoid ebay/paypal/shipping fees. Price will highly depend on condition and the games included.

If they sell locally they shouldnt expect someone to offer Ebay values though, so keep that in mind. DO NOT TRADE IN AT A USED GAME STORE! I had a lady at work talking about how her mom took a bunch of stuff to the gamestore, "She took in the Sega and the Nintendo and all but 2 of our games, they gave her like $30". "You couldve sold the Nintendo by itself for like $50 to the right person, dont trade in!"-me

I'd try Craiglist.org first. You don't have to deal with shipping prices and online website listing fees, or waiting for the PayPal payment to go through.

If you don't get any decent offers on Craigslist, then go to eBay. The fees aren't all that much, and you will get the biggest audience of buyers.

And for a boxed NES (but opened I'm assuming), if it's working and in decent condition then I'd say $100-$120 is fair. As for the games, it depends on the condition and what games they are exactly.
