Next gen console video capture

Hi there!

How to get a decent solution for capturing image from next gen consoles, like xbox 360 ps 3 wii, how do you guys record video and take screenshots from them, for video reviews etc???

Is there any consumer available solutions or this is done by devkits etc???

Im familiar with SD capturing thank you, but how is it possible to capture HDMI video (HDCP there?)
