Am I the only one with no time to play games--even the ones I like. I know many of you are in school, and some of you work hard to earn game money. But in our economy, how do you find the time to cheat your creditors out of an hour or two to play games? We now live in a world where at work, you do not ask yourself when you will be promoted or when you will get a raise but when you will be fired. People routinely work seven days a week now, often at two or three jobs just to get by. How do you find the time for games? Most people I know spend as much time worrying as working, with the economy down the toilet, their 401-Ks wiped out and their homes worthless. Where do games fit in here? I know the easy answer is that games are an escape in troubled times. I can't buy that. Do you agree that some times are too troubled for escapism to help? Thanks for serious comments.

I fall into this catagory for sure. It's like game, or do I do something with my time that can get my family money. Most time, the need for money wins out. Finish a solo game? No way. A few online quick kills is about all I have time for sadly.

Well, worrying doesn't really accomplish anything, so that time could be used to game.

Wow, is your real name Chicken Little? When's the sky gonna fall? Anyways, I don't worry about my job because it's fairly secure. But, sometimes, my home life with my wife can be kind of hectic and I may not get to play any games for a week or so. A lot of the down time I have is spent gaming or reading though. It sounds to me that you're just worrying so much that you're not leaving yourself enought time to have a leisure activity.
