Ok people, here's the real dilemma...

I believe this was the game known as Gundam Musou in Japan, which helped push a lot of PS3s.  They love their Gundam over there, that's for sure.  Unfortunately, all Gundam games have always sucked hardcore...so I think everyone is a little worried about Gundam being fused with Dynasty Warriors.

But I've actually heard it's not that bad.  No, really.  I don't know if it's TRUE, but I've heard some pretty good things, surprisingly enough.  The concept isn't terrible, in truth.

I don't see why you're getting all upset because a company is making a niche game for some fans of either Dynasty Warriors or Gundam. If I see a game that doesn't appeal to me, I just ignore it, it's useless to come to a forum and ridicule games that I don't intend on playing.

The 2nd game was good (first DW game i playd), all downhill from there.so im 100% agree with you dude.

How are people not rioting in the streets?

From what I have read (which is limited to the 3-4 page review Play magazine did last month of the Japanese version), this is the best Gundam game made yet -- yeah I know, that's not saying much.

So reserve judgment until it get's here.  It's not a completely ridiculous concept when you know more about the game -- it's not like Solid Snake being in Super Smash Bros. for crying out loud.

That's what a forum is for;  it's there for people to speak their minds.  And you say why go to a forum to ridicule a game you won't play?  Then why come to a forum to ridicule the forum, for ridiculing the game?  Just a thought, it makes you seem like a hypocrite and a charlatan.  And don't use words you don't understanding; this game is in no way "niche", if anything its paltry... Jackass. 

And thank you ArneZ.  At least someone gets how frivolous and stupid this game is.  I'll riot with you any day.  And for those who don't know what it is, it plays like DW, but it's robots instead of chinese people.

Actually forums are used as communities for people with similar likes and tastes. If you dislike this game, would you join a forum for it? of course not... so why do you think it's copesetic to come here and whine about it like anyone really cares what you think?

Oh, and I have a complete understanding of what the word "niche" means, not only did i use it correctly but it's also a perfect name for a group of games that don't score high at all in ratings, change little over the years, yet net the company a bunch of money and also have a strong following. maybe it is you that needs to brush up on your definitions.

and lastly, if you're going to join a forum and bless us with your infinite wisdom, you might want to take a second out of your busy schedule somewhere between nit picking about games you don't like and making stupid assumptions, to read the terms of service. I'm just saying this because calling another poster a "Jackass" while making you look cool on the internet, isn't allowed here.

Who are you to say that someone isn't allowed to put personal opinion in a forum.  I started the topic, if you didn't want to talk about it, no one was forcing you.  You had no obligation to say anything, but you did.  And when you say things in a forum, you should expect to be disagreed with, it's just how it works.  Saying that forums are only for people with agreements is naive.  In fact, you just contradicted your own statement by disagreeing with me.  You came into my forum by your own will and disagreed; then you have the nerve to say that that's not what a forum is for?

and no, it's not niche.  For a game to be niche, it would have to be solid and steady, a forte of the company.  And though that may be true about Dynasty Warriors, you are only guessing that this new game will be niche, because it hasn't come out yet.  So just the fact that you would think a game that is niche, further proves my point.  Just the fact that you took my first post seriously proves my point; i'd say it again but you'd probably report me.  My first post was just exagerrated.  And it seems almost everyone understood that but you.  So no, I wasn't complaining, I hardly even care.
