Old 90's Arcade racing game?

There's an arcade game I can remember playing but I'm just not sure what it was.

It was a racing game, with Playstation/Nintendo 64/Saturn era graphics. It was something like Daytona, except there were animals running all over the track which you could run over. I remember there was a snow stage with polar bears and a beach stage with chickens. Surely someone knows the name, I'm sure PETA would have been in hysterics about it.
