Yeah, HOMM5 wasn't very good...=/ But anyways, aside from that, I'd like another Doom-ish shooter, with the maze-like maps and secret areas hidden in walls and whatnot...=P

Goldeneye/Perfect Dark seem to still be one-of-a-kind shooters. Obviously no Bond game has even come close to touching Goldeneye, and even though Perfect Dark Zero got some good reviews, the general consensus seems to be that it didn't live up to the original (I've never played it so I can't make that conclusion, but I'm willing to believe it). It's also the general consensus that Rare is a completely different company since they were with Nintendo. So perhaps we'll never see that type of incredible multi-player FPS experience again.

Hmmm, a new doomstyle thing would be cool. I used to get so freaked by it when I was a kid! (Don't ask how I played it; my friend had it.)

Hmmm, a new doomstyle thing would be cool. I used to get so freaked by it when I was a kid! (Don't ask how I played it; my friend had it.)

Yeah...heck, it still scares me sometimes when I'm playing it on my 360. You turn around, thinking the area's clear, and suddenly there's a Hell Knight throwing those green fireballs at you. =P

Well, for Golden Axe, there hasn't been a decent SEQUEL to it, but Castle Crashers on the Xbox Live Arcade's a load of fun, and it's pretty much the same(but without those death cries, and level ups and the ability to get different weapons...which I like, but each to their own...=P Only problem is there aren't any of those "thieves" that I used to think were squirrels, or angry dwarves, and the magic isn't quite as powerful. =P). But as for Streets Of Rage, I'd like to see a sequel to that...

96% of games on NES (though I doubt most people want those remakes heh), Decent on PC, Soldiers of Fortune on Genesis, and Blaster Master on PSx.

There's actually a REAL sequel that was only released in Arcades. I've personally never played it, yet hears it's awesome.

The Revenge of Death-Adder was superior to the orignal Golden Axe in every aspect.

I would love to see another Streets of Rage game, not 3D though, good old 2D high rez sprites. Same goes for Double Dragon, I still play Super/Return or Double Dragon on my SNES

I have seen the odd video of that running but it seems to have lost something along the way. It looks like Parodius but it seems to be missing something. I would have loved to have seen Treasure give it the Gradius V treatment.
