older western games

Ok, i am trying to remember the name of a game from back in the 1990s. I used to play it all the time when i was younger. It was a western game, you could go and round up wild horses, go to indian villages, i believe you had to gather resourses. It was like a surviving game if i remember correctly. It was in the same time frame as zumbienees. Its not anything like oregan trails. I really wish i could remember the name. Anyone know what im talking about?

@amandat: Sorry , but no. I don't think there have been very many western games made. From memory I have only ever played one, and it's name escapes me. looks like you may have to spend a bit of time on google to find it, and even if you do find it you may have problems playing it on a newer machine.
