OMG April 1 is almost here! Time for the April Fool's rumors.

I just realized this after looking at my calendar. Man I so hate this time of year for gaming. There are going to be so many rumors going around that we won't know what's real and what's fake. I usually take them for fake because I know better but I think there has been times when a new or rumor came out during 4/1 and it turned out to be true.

Prepare for "teh uber megaton announcements" and the like. I predict the usual MGS4 for the XBOX 360. Ugh the horrors. :(

Who cares about April Fools? The only thing marked on my calender is the release of Lego Halo. :PWet_Sand

Actually, that would be amazing if Bungie said they were bringing Pimps at Sea to Xbox Arcade on April 1, and then surprised everybody the next day by saying it was an actual game.

I liked when GS "announced" that Namco was making a Katamari Damacy movie staring The Rock. :)

GameFAQs becoming the Xbox-centric "GameFAX" was also a good one back in the day, I actually believed it for a minute.

about a year or 2 ago, gamefaqs home page was replaced by a message saying that they had been shut down by an anti cheaters association or something like that

World of starcraft was a good joke on gamespot, they did a preview on it, and they even gave it it's own page (previews, reviews, screenshots, forum etc)

April fools' gaming jokes are rarely funny, cause most of them could really happen. Except from that "tape a quarter on your SNES Mortal Kombat cart to unlock red blood" thing.

Sega will say their adding something that they know EVERYONE will hate (Like playing as Tails or something) in Sonic Unleashed on April 1st.
