Opinion on a capture card?

Would this one be at least decent enough until I can afford a Dazzle? I just want to start making gameplays/Let's Plays and stuff like that. Opinion? Thanks!

It has composite inputs which means you'll have to set your console(s) to SDTV resolution. I use my DVD recorder to record PS3 footage to disc and then I just grab images from the video playback. Or I can convert the DVD video to mp4 or something if want gameplay footage. You'll probably get something similar to these:

Edit: I had to trim the black bars off because the games didn't support 4:3 Pan and Scan.

20$? It's probably not that good. I'd just wait for an HD PVR 2 or an el gato.
