To those of us that were ripped off by purchasing the "not quite finished" SF4, I heard there will be a deal if we have the origianl SF4. Is this true if so what is the deal? I can't find details anywhere..

I don't think it's that there's a problem, just that there has never been much reason to add him in the first place.Plus this
Cody and Guy have already been established characters back in Alpha, where as Haggar is... who cares. He would probably have less movesets than Zangief anyway.
