Perhaps Madden hasn't made a comeback after all.........

If these bugs are really real, and nothing seems doctored here, then I'm really glad I haven't bought the game yet, and may not ever after watching this.

Just when I was almost convinced that Madden had made a comeback too.

Looked real to me. Hilarious stuff. Could be isolated incidents but that doesn't excuse their existence. EA knows they are going to make dumptruck loads of money, so they should do a better job of QA (though I imagine that is a tall order since Madden simulataneously hits every system this side of a calculator).

Good stuff. I was thinking about buying Madden with Bioshock with the Toys R Us deal because it'd only be an extra $25, but even that seems a little steap for this game. Haven't bought a madden since the 64 days and don't see any reason to get one now. Maybe NFL 2K5 will be the last football game I own...

So we've got this game full of bugs and 2K8 which is more like half a football game......sigh....:(

i havent seen any of that stuff personally but ive came across alot of others problems simulated seasoned games show a QB with 2 ints for the game yet there two guys on the defense have 2 ints each, i watched my brother play a game and the cpus WR ran out of the back of the endzone about five yards out of it and then back in to catch the pass and it counted, i kicked a punt to bush and he called for a fair catch and caught it and then ran for about 20-DirtySanchez-

Wow, you wonder who tests these games? That is a huge glitch! To think EA once turned me down as a game tester.

My brother-in-law is a huge Madden fanatic and he is very critical of even minor changes that harm the integrity of the game.

His critique of this years Madden is very, very negative.

EA needs to make Madden from the ground up using next gen specs.

Enough with the gloss, enough with the upgrades, it's time for an entirely new and refined engine.

Sadly, EA attributes declining sales to gamer aversion to challenge (oddly that aversion doesn't seem to have negatively impacted other publishers) not to its overreliance on and neglect of its franchises (Aki's doing an incredible job with Def Jam, fire them and put an inhouse developer on it! ). While no one would be more thrilled than me if the likes of Madden, SSX and Def Jam once again became quality, fun to play games, I honestly don't think its going to happen.
