Persona 5 still in development?

Anyone think they might still be working on Persona 5? If anyone remembers, they made an announcement back in August 2011 stating it was in development. Have they made any new announcements? Or did they simply postpone it? Not unless Persona: Arena was it, but i seriously doubt that. Any info would be appreciated!

After Persona 4 Arena came out I remember them briefly mentioning it. I don't remember exactly what they said, but I remember it being something that hinted at them being really early in its development stage (I think they said something about Soejima submitting character sketches).

We probably won't hear any signifigant details on the game in a while. Atlus has been pretty quiet about the whole thing.

All that's been said is that they have begun character development for P5, which began in August. They have also hinted at a collaboration that will "surprise everyone".

Personally, I feel they can take as much time as they need. Although deep down I'm hoping for a look at E3 either this year or the next. They are building an entirely new engine to run it on as well. Can't wait.

Oh, i assumed climbing blocks equals platformer.

Although wiki characterises it a puzzle-platformer psychological horror.

I only own a 360 and a Wii.

If your computer is strong enough and you have a game pad (or just use the keyboard but <_< ) you can buy the game on disk then rip it into a .iso (or play it right from the optical drive but it will be a bit laggier) and play it with PCSX2.
