Does playing PS1 games on your PS2 enhance the graphics of your PS1 games at all? I know it shortens load times, but I wasn't sure if it enhanced the graphics or not.

I haven't noticed a difference and I'm playing with component cables. I haven't played on the original PS for ages so I can't really remember how they looked. I do it just because it's more convienient.

from what I remember, very very little improvement. but they play exactly like they should on the ps1.

it does if you are use to playing on the original ps1 just getting a ps2 but the psone to ps2 is no difference. using ps2 components with ps1 games is what they look like with s video and composite put together

I don't think so. PS3 (or maybe its my TV idk) upscales all my PS1 games to 720p though. Looks pretty terrible.
