Playstation 1 vs. N64

Which of these two systems do you think had better games?

I personally think that N64 does.

Super Mario 64, Ocarina of Time, Super Smash Bros., Mario Kart, Donkey Kong 64, Golden Eye, etc.

For fighting games and rpgs - PS1

For 3D platformers, shooters and action adventure - N64

Everything thing else is pretty much tied.

ps1 for sure..n64 only had a few games worth playing (goldeneye, zelda, mario, mariokart)

ps1 had way better sports games, ff7,8, and 9, metal gear solid, tomb raider 1 n 2, chrono cross, gran turismo 1 n 2, resident evil 2, parasite eve and a ton more i cant think that was so long ago

I choose PlayStation.

I spent a lot more time playing: Twisted Metal, Twisted Metal 2, Twisted Metal III, Twisted Metal 4, Gran Turismo, Gran Turismo 2, WCW Nitro, WCW/NWO Thunder, Tekken 2, Tekken 3, Soul Blade, Need for Speed, Pro Pinball, Castlevania: SOTN, Vigilante 8, Rogue Trip, Critical Depth, Tomb Raider, Driver, Driver 2, One, Blasto, Wipeout 3, Destruction Derby, and Road Rash.

Than I did: Turok, Mario Kart 64, Star Fox 64, Wave Race 64, Zelda: OoT, Forsaken 64, Mace: The Dark Ages, Super Mario 64, Extreme G, Extreme G 2, Goeman's Great Adventure, Bomberman 64, South Park, and Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire.

N64 > PS1

Gamecube < PS2

Playstation easily wins this imo.

Twisted Metal, MGS, FF7,8,9, Crash Bandicot, Chrono Cross, Striker 96, Tomb Raider, Loaded, the list goes on...
