Please help problem with PS3

Can any one tell me why my PS3 is not letting me connect to the Network? . I have restored default settings that has not worked I have also got the latest version 2.53?

This is what it Say's

An error has occurred you have been signed out of PlayStation Network

also

I get (80710B23)

If some one could help me with this I would really appreciate it.

Thanks I hope this is the case I have just had my 360 go on me I really can not be bothered with more console issues . :cry:
