Tough one really. I sunk the most hours into WoW and that probably would be my favourite game up until the tedious raid fest when you hit maximum level. Overall though it has to be Balur's Gate 2. By System BBC: Philosopher's Quest. No idea what was going on in it but I remember enjoying this text adventure as a kid. PC: Baldur's Gate 2. In my opinion, perfect. Wonderful story and setting, some of the best written and acted characters I've seen in my 20+ years of gaming, hours upon hours of quests, stories and locations. This is my ultimate game. NES: Super Mario Bros. 3. The illusion of choice with the levels fooled me as a kid! Beautiful level design lasts forever though! Mega Drive: Sonic 3. Played this with my sister over and over. The fact that you could save on the cartridge was brilliant! Dreamcast: Bangai-O. The ultimate drop in game. Crash through a level in 10 minutes in the morning before college/work. Utterly bats**t crazy from start to finish, you were scored on how many explosions you had onscreen at any one time. Wonderful fun. N64: Goldeneye. What else? PS2: Devil May Cry 3. Tough to choose with this, there were a LOT of games that I enjoyed but DMC3 edges it by improving on the formula of the 1st (let's forget about DMC2 shall we?) and threw in even more insane boss battles and entertaining characters. It was either this or Gitaroo Man! X360: Assassins Creed 2. Very hard to choose, and I may have gone for this as I'm currently loving Brotherhood. Very engaging story that kept driving me on, well written and acted characters with utterly beautiful animation. Honourable mentions: Psychonauts, Gitaroo Man, TIE Fighter, Civilization (series), WoW. Likely others I can't think of!
