Racing/Driving games is my worst game genre. I am garbage at this genre. But I do enjoy playing a racing/driving game. One genre which I am terrible at. But I like playing them.

Twisted Metal is a Fighting game with cars, While Grand Theft Auto is Storyline based mission objective open world modern action adventure. Featuring Cars while you run amok.

Tony Hawk and some other games are not racing games

Only racing game I really love are the Forza Horizon racers. I'm not big on SIM racing. I tried driveclub for free, but it wasn't for me.

This post seems better suited for the Retro area since much of the games mentioned are for legacy systems.

  I'm surprised no one else has mentioned Smuggler's Run. I had an absolute blast playing that in multiplayer with my brother as a kid.

@The_Last_Ride: Actually Tony Hawk Downhilk Jam is a racing game with skateboards(check it out for yourself) as for the rest. I don't know how they are not racing games . Re check the list to make sure.
