[QUOTE="godzillavskong"] Wow! Are any of those games available on the Saturn? I know Resident Evil is. I haven't purchased a PS1 yet, to add to my collection, and I'm just trying to add most of those titles to my Saturn if possible.

Grandia was on the Saturn first, 2 years before the PS1, and the Saturn version is also better visually.
then there is also Resndent Evil , where its debatable which version is better.
as a side note , Resident Evil 2 was in development for the Saturn , but Capcom cancelled it
Man, I was a Sega Fanboy growing up for sure, it just sucked that both the Saturn, and Dreamcast lost most of it's third party support rather quickly. You also had a slight few who really took advantage of the hardware, while some made piss-poor efforts! I remember playing games like RE Code Veronica on my Dreamcast, and being blown away by the visuals, only to play Tomb Raider Chronicles to see them have no fingers!!They had box carboard hands for crying out loud! I am going to try to get my hands on a copy of Grandia and Resident Evil for Saturn.I saw some cool vids on Youtube for Grandia(Saturn version). Looked nice! Do they have a North American version of Grandia?sadly, Grandia Saturn stayed in Japan. There were talks apparently between Sega and Game Arts over bringing the game to the west, possibly being translated and published by Sega, but eventually Sega said no.
its ironic, because at one point Grandia was THE RPG on the Saturn , and one of the few games at the time to match FF7 on the PS1. ironic that it ended up getting an international release.....on the rival PS1 console......
and don't even get me started on how few developers used the Saturn's hardware properly......
