PS2 - Killzone or Resident Evil 4?

Hi there. I want to get both Killzone and Resident Evil 4 on the PS2, but I can't get both at the same time. Once I get one, I'll have to wait a few weeks before I can get the other, but I'm on the fence as to which one I should get.

I want to get Killzone to play it in split screen mode with my brother, and I want to get Resident Evil 4 because of how great of a game it is. Can any of you offer me advice on the pros and cons of each, or to give your opinion on whether I should be greedy and go with single player, or more generous and get the split screen game?

Well I've only played Resident evil 4. You and your brother could always have a seperate turn. Resident evil 4 is one of the best games I've ever played. After you beat it theres tons of stuff to still do, you can buy weapons and upgrade them The only downside I can think of off and is the item box is to small at the beginning of the game but you can buy a upgrade once you advance.

I've never played Killzone so I just gave you my take on Resident Evil 4

Did the new gameplay mechanics ruin Resident Evil 4 for most hardcore Resident Evil fans?

In my opinion grab now RE4,it's one of the greatest games from PS2,even if the game is not exactly like the others RE,but this one is other RE that you probably will adore!!Killzone is a great game but you have Black that is much better than Killzone,i assure you...Mc_Trickz

Killzone at least has a story line unlike BLACK and theres also no split screen or vs. bots in BLACK like that is in Killzone.

RE4 -> Star Wars Battlefront 2 -> Killzone.

I personally like RE4 better.It has a better storyline than Killzone.Toxic8

i think i got conclusion from this post about the poster, but to TC this statement is just false.

but still RE4 is better game overall, its fun.

I recommend Killzone. It has a short story line but over all, it's a great game.

Also I purchased RE4 and didn't like it very much. I'm not to fond of the Resident Evil series anyway, but thats just my opinion.

all i got out of kz was a few hours of MP with bots on 1 map

I've played through RE4 so many times and it's still awesome
