I think the best game developer company and city/country in the world would be Ubisoft from Montreal,Canada.

Well My favorite game is the MGS series so id have to say mine is Kojima.

I don't really have a favourite developer, but i'll say ID Software purely for John Carmack's game engines.

I think valve would be actually, they dont shoot out games like a hyperblaster(quake reference there)

but every game they developed, has made a huge hit, has had amazing gameplay, and is unforgettable
