Not really. I just want to play them. I do tend to buy the new/sealed because people like to lie about the quality of a disc on amazon and ebay. EB/Gamestop don't even care if it's scratched all to hell, and it's a pain returning bad discs back to them for replacement.
I'm sure there are folks out there who just like to stick them all on a wall to look at.
if you are a collector its always better to have ther orginal, but sometimes they are just really hard to find, i have a few GH games in my collection, theres only one that i don't like to much and thats my copy of final fantasy7, i used to have the orginal, but i let my cusion borrow it, and he lost it,
