1. The Witcher 3: The only real thing that TW3 has going against it is combat, but to be fair, all except one game on this list has bad combat, It has the best realized world, possibly best characters, Great design, and awesome quests.
2. FFX: the strangest FF game to pick, but never the less FF games mostly have good going for them, The story is fairly good, but characters are great, rivaling TW3's characters in most cases, The world is well made, And it tells an story worth experiencing, Combat is pretty bad, and there is not a lot of choice as per JRPG make (for the most part).
3. Fallout 4: The one game on the list which excels in combat, yet is hardly an RPG in any other areas, It does have surprisingly good NPCs (followers mainly) A far better story then FO3 and 2 (still 1 is best), It suffers in mechanics outside of combat,. Quests, choice and consequences, and world in general is bland, and feels tired.
4. Skyrim: Many Hailed Skyrim as an awesome game, and I was confused, In most RPG aspects it was worse then Oblivion, and much worse then Morrowind, combat is not as well crafted as FO4, and often lacks impact, quests are far slower and much more bland then previous games, and the world is in a single world boring (well perhaps more a case of having more potential then showed).
In truth I really like all 4 games, although I wonder about FFX on the list, as an RPG is fairly good, but as a game, it is not close to the best FF game, and while I sound hard on Skyrim, it STILL was one of the best games out that year, it is just that in this case, it goes up against games that are better in most aspects.
