recent RTS game PC

Hey,

I'm looking to replace my old "Blitzkrieg" games. Does a recent RTS game (PC) existe with NO base building or recourse gathering ? I haven't found one and i'm hoping someone can help me.

World in Conflict? It's not exactly "recent" but more recent than Blitzkrieg games.

Been a while since I last played it but I don't remember the game having any base building.
