Remember that demo? (Gex 3?)

So back in the 90s I remember playing (I think) a Gex game and included was a couple demos of other games. The one I am interested in was a demo of a 3rd person futuristic strategy game of sorts where you could research and design your own vehicles and such. I remember it being pretty cool but I can't remember the name of it for the life of me.

Anybody remember?

I am thinking of Warzone 2100. It was released in 1999. Good game.

YES! I'm pretty sure that's it. I knew it had numbers in it. I never got to play the real game but it looked really cool. I wish they'd make more innovative games like that these days. I'm getting quite bored of recycled ideas under the guise of being "enhanced." Thanks for the help.

Welcome. Yes Warzone 2100 was a great game IMO, one of my most favourite games of all time, it is also unique. The source code of the game has been released which resulted in a number of new projects that improve the engine and add extra features, AI improvements and etc. Which I believealso free to download.

did you ever play the banjo kazooie or conker games? Youll find they get you a similarly hilarious experience with all the animal platforming goodness.
