Just played through the game and thought they both looked identical.

I beleive you mean Robert Patrick. If you're talking about the bad guy from T2, that's Robert Patrick. Anyways...

I don't know. There's a slight similarity, but nothing major.

They look kinda similar across the nose and eyes, but, even then, just a little bit.
