To me resident evil has not been the same great game I remember playing back on the PS1 and game cube. All the resident evil games from 4 up to the new 6 has been more and more moving away from what i think made those games great. Who here would love to see Resident evil 0-3 or atleast 1-3 remade fully for new game systems 360/ps3. Using graphics of re6 and giving back what made those games great. And if not a remake of those make a new one a final one with the old puzzle solving survivle horror game play that got me hooked on it. Some may say the newer ones are better and thats fine but to me and others they have lost the survivle horror feel for a more action oriented game play that im honestly not a fan of. The games are fun i wont deny that but they arent resident evil atleast not to me. Thank you all who reply agreeing or even disagreeing may all of you have a marry christmas and happy new year.

Most horror franchises have a magic forget or ignore button with them. What I mean is that most sequel base off horror games does forget or reduce the impact the first game has.

I like what capcom is doing with the RE setting. They are saying that the world is affected by the games. RE6 says that RE 0 -3 not only happen but change the world. As such the games reflect the change to the world.

I totally Agree, and as for the old games, I never play'dem. My RE Experience started at number 5 and as such I can only see 6 as an improvement. I cant picture RE without co-op and have no desire to see this happen. Nostalgia is great but we gotta move foward not backward. And as for the MT Framework, I dont like how Capcom's using it, The Audio and Visuals are great but alot of visual details are very carefully handcrafted, as opposed to the layers of shading used by western devs, its probably why Capcom didnt feature a Level Editor in any of their games, especialy in Lost Planet 2 (it really could've used it). I would love to see horde mode in The next Resident Evil.
