Hiya. My name is Mike(MindGem) and I'm a flash game developer. My most well known title is The Graffiti Creator ( http://www.graffiticreator.net ). It's a free to use flash app where the user can create their own graffiti-styled texts using various options.

Now..Someone sent me screenshots from the Rockstar Games latest game, Bully ( http://www.rockstargames.com/bully/home/)

The screenshots looked like they had my graffiti art on the ingame walls. So I checked it up and I saw it was true from various Youtube clips of the game. So this company steal other developers art and use in their own commercial games and makes tons of money of others hard work, What bastards!

Anyways, I also Googled other stuff of this company, turns out they got sued twice of two other guys when they did the excact same thing using their graffiti art on the ingame walls of Grand Theft Auto.

Now, what do You think about this? These multimilion dollar companies cry over people downloading their games illegaly so they loose a lot of money, oh buuu huu. Do they really deserv this money when they just take others work and paste into their games?

Care to at least post a few reference screenshots before people start to jump to any conclusions?

It's hard to take you seriously when you have no proof. I'm calling BS.

Unfortunately, even if this is the case, you would have to prove that they actually taken your work and placed it in their games beyond a reasonable doubt, as well as confirm that you had a legal copyright in place for the work in the first place, or that there is a meaningful, legally binding agreement in place that wouldn't actually allow someone to pull this - if Rockstar did, in fact, steal your work or used your creator 'unfairly.'

Now, even if they had done so, and even if you can prove that they have...the legal precident here is probably that you wouldn't even have a case, which is why it's imperative that if you really are concerned about someone stealing work of yours, you have to be more careful about how you make that work available online for people.

Regardless, unless you are able to come up with some meaningful, substantial info/evidence for your claim, please don't make a thread about this particular topic.
