You can make NWN turn based by pausing the game after every move xD

But really, there isn't almost any turn based RPG's for PC.

Just buy a used PS2 or PS1 if you can find the latter. They're full of great RPGs like those, and they won't cost much.hammer_of_thor_

If you look into older PC rpg's you'll find lots of turn based ones. For example Fallout, which IMO is the greatest rpg series ever.
