I think you've pretty much got 'em covered. The only ones I've really enjoyed that's not on that list are Cossacks and Total Annihilation which have both been superseded.
I see you have Homeworld 2 but not the first one. I hear that one is amazing and you should check it out. I would also get Total Annihilation like the other people were saying. I would also recommend the Close Combat series.
I would like to point out that it's not "Dune" which wasn't an RTS, but "Dune II". I would also like to point out that it's _really_ dated, and not very playable at this point.
I'll throw in for "Rise of Nations", definitely one of my favorites.
