[QUOTE="Jbul"][QUOTE="Shame-usBlackley"] It's a nice step in the right direction, but there's still the nagging little issue of having a$400 sku in the mix. Honestly, the Elite looks like a bad value next to a 60 gig HDMI Pro, but the perception of lesser skus being gimped is a strong one. I honestly don't think this will make as big of a splash now as it would've had the Elite not been introduced.
$199, $299, $399 just doesn't sound as simple and appealing as $199, $299. I know more than a few people are going to look at the prices and think "Well, the 360 is $399."

I agree. But get rid of the Arcade. No one wants to take a system home and find out they can't save their games. And if they want to, they'd spend another $50. If they stuck to $299, included the 2 games with all the online goodies, it'd be a good selling point. It'd sell even better if they stuck something like Halo 3 or COD4 in there though.
Well actually like I posted earlier the Arcade bundle has become a better deal then it was in the past because it now includes a memory unit to save games on. I think it's a great starting point especially at only $199.Oh it does? My bad. I had a friend get an Arcade a little while ago, and complained to me he had to go get a memory card to save 3 out of the 4 games be bought with the machine.
But if it comes with a memory unit, then yeah, that's an awesome deal.
